What documents do I need to rent a car?
You will need a valid driver’s license, a passport or national ID, and a credit card for the deposit.
Is there an age limit for renting a car?
Yes, drivers must be at least 23 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
Can I rent a car without a credit card?
No, a valid credit card is required for the security deposit.
Are there any mileage limits?
Yes, your rental includes 350 kilometers per day. For each additional kilometer beyond the daily limit, a charge of 0.200 TND will apply.
What should I do in case of an accident?
In case of an accident, contact the local authorities immediately and file a report. Notify our support team as soon as possible for further assistance.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the pick-up time. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Is roadside assistance included?
Yes, 24/7 roadside assistance is included for all rentals.
Can I travel outside of Tunisia with the rental car?
No, our rental cars are restricted to use within Tunisia only.
Are child seats or GPS available?
Yes, child seats are available upon request for an additional fee, Currently, GPS is not available, but it will be coming soon!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards, and cash for rental charges. However, the deposit must be made via credit card.
